Customer Care/Sales
Seasonal Part Time, positions begin March 2012
Primary responsibilities include increasing sales by ensuring customer success and satisfaction with our product line and services. Researching appropriate solutions for customers is expected. Some weekend availability is required.
Skills and education requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, retail sales experience, with horticulture plant culture and product knowledge preferred. Very good English communication skills and customer focused persuasion skills are necessary. Must be at least 18 years old and requires a valid driver’s license for occasional delivery service.
Physical requirements are working on your feet for long periods of time on hard sufaces, ability to lift at least 40lbs, and to tolerate adverse weather conditions.
Customer Care/Cashier
Seasonal Part Time, positions begin March 2012, hours vary
Primary responsibility includes maintaining customer satisfaction while expediting the checkout customer service process. Weekend availability is required.
Skills and education requirements are working well with others in a team environment, very good English communication skills, excellent basic math skills, good computer keyboard accuracy, and customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred. (Continued)

Physical requirements include ability to lift at least 40 lbs, tolerant of adverse weather conditions, constant bending and being on your feet.
Customer Care/Carryout
Seasonal Part Time, positions begin in April 2012, hours vary
Primary responsibilities include packaging and loading of customer orders in a non-damaging, take charge manner. Maintenance of carts and packaging materials as needed. Weekend availability is required.
Skills and education requirements are working well with others in a team environment, assertiveness balanced with concern for our customer’s purchases and vehicles, English speaking skills, and retail customer service experience is preferred.
Physical requirements are high energy level, ability to repeatedly lift at least 40lbs, able to tolerate constant movement on your feet and adverse weather conditions.
