Fairy Garden Make & Take
Create your own magical fairy garden with Heinz Brothers expert fairy staff during Fairy Festival Weekend, April 11th and 12th, 2026. Purchase everything here, or bring an empty container from home. Heinz Brothers will provide the soil, instruction and magical atmosphere! *additional materials purchased separately.
Space is limited and registration is strongly encouraged to reduce wait times. Reservations require a $15 deposit that will be applied toward your purchases during the activity.
Tables Open:
- Saturday, April 11th: 9:30 am- 4:00 pm
- Sunday, April 12th: 10:30 am-3:00 pm
Details:
- Activity takes approximately 1 hour to complete
- Registration timeslots run every half hour (9:30-10:30, 10:00-11:00, 10:30-11:00...).
- Register each fairy garden to be created. Multiple registrations can be purchased at one time.

Spring Container Planting Party

Join us for a fun and informative workshop where you will learn to create stunning outdoor planters to welcome the spring season! The plant material used will be colorful and cold tolerant for our challenging spring season.
Program Fee:
- $60- 10” container
- $70- 12” container
- $80- 14” container
Includes plant material, potting soil, fertilizer, twigs, and container.

Spring Centerpiece

Let your creativity blossom! In this hands-on class you’ll design and create your own cheerful spring centerpiece to brighten any table. You will work with beautiful pansies, trailing ivy and other seasonal touches to craft a one-of-a-kind arrangement that celebrates the season. Perfect for displaying at family dinners, gift giving or simply enjoying the satisfaction of making something beautiful with your own hands!
Program Fee: $40

Kids Spring Centerpiece

Let your creativity blossom! In this hands-on class, young artists will design and create their own cheerful spring centerpiece to brighten any table. Kids will work with beautiful pansies, trailing Ivy and other seasonal touches in a cute little wicker basket to craft a one-of-a kind arrangement that celebrates the season.

Mini Desktop Planter
Monday April 20, 2026 - 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Transform your workspace with greenery! Join us for a fun creative workshop where you will design and plant your own mini planter - a perfect pop of nature for your home office, cubicle, or study space! Choose between succulents or tropical plants, depending on the light requirements of your space.
Program fee $28.00
Includes instruction, 6 inch clay planter, choice of three desk-friendly plants, soil, and rocks.

Succulent Wreath
Monday April 27, 2026- 4:00-5:00 pm
Transform natural grapevine into a living work of art in this wreath - making workshop! You’ll start with a wild and rustic grapevine base, then learn professional techniques for incorporating a beautiful selection of succulents - creating layers of texture and subtle color variations. Our experienced instructors will demonstrate how to securely nestle each succulent into a bed of moss, allowing the plants to eventually root directly into the wreath itself. We will guide you through proper succulent care and maintenance techniques, ensuring your living wreath, thrives long after class. These plants cannot withstand full sun, morning sun only.
Program Fee: $80

Summer Container Planting Party
Thursday April 30, 2026- 4:00-5:00 pm

Come to Heinz Brothers Greenhouse Garden Center and get personalized attention as we help you put together Fillers, Spillers and Thrillers to create a breathtaking flowering summer container. The plant material used will be colorful, flowering and great for all summer long- we are bursting with options! Potting soil, fertilizer, plant material and container included in the material fee.
Program Fee:
- $60 - 10” container (3-4", 1-3", 1-thriller)
- $70 - 12” container (4-4", 2-3" & 1-thriller)
- $80 - 14” container (5-4", 2-3" & 1-thriller)

Herb Garden
Monday May 11, 2026 - 5:00 - 6:00pm
Come to Heinz Brothers for some hands-on workshop fun where you'll learn to create an edible herb planter! Perfect for cooking enthusiasts and gardeners big and small. Learn how you can grow fresh herbs right outside your kitchen door or in a windowsill indoors. Plant material, container, soil, fertilizer and recipes are included in the program fee.

Pollinators Planter
Tuesday May 12, 2026- 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Attract buzzing beauty to your garden! Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn how to create a beautiful and functional pollinator planter. Learn about the importance of pollinators and the best plants to attract them.
Program fee: $70 for a 12” container

Fairy Garden Workshop
Join us for a magical journey into the world of miniature fairy gardens! Our Heinz Brothers experts will help you and your child create an enchanting miniature garden that fairies would love to come and visit!

Kid's Paint-a-Pot

Kindness Rocks
Create community gifts of love and encouragement! We provide the rocks and paint and you create the inspiration. You will get 3 polished rocks to paint. One to keep, one to give to a friend and one to hide in your neighborhood.
